I finally went to Holy Basil, home of THE fried ice cream. it was... amazing. Was totally hyped up for a reason! Alex, Thomas, Sylvia and myself ordered so much food I can't even remember half the name of the dishes. The line was long since they don't have a booking service, but it's alright since the service and food is amazing! Their business will be going strong for a long time. Definitely!
P.s So much love for Alex driving/picking up everyone every in Western Sydney.
