thomas' 21st at mrwongs

headed to the very hyped mr wong's for the precious boy's 21st birthday. was an hour behind schedule and ended up needing to wait two hours for a table. so as good kids we went to have dessert first then dinner later! first up baroque patisserie. alex ordered affagato and creme brulee like a gluttony pig - but with good reason, both were so amazing. macarons were also lovely, especially the rosewater one!

 

next stop mr wong's! great vibe, ambiance, service, interior and amazing food. chinese gone fine dining with a bit of hipsterness haha. hype got fulfilled and it helped so much having maybe the best waitress ever! she forgot my cocktail so it was on the house! 

 

 And the winner dish of the night was surprisingly dessert! Green apple snow ice with coconut ice cream and surprising little asian goodies in it! Amazing! LOL all my photos look so black! so shame! but i didnt want to leave this post with no photos of the food, but just believe me it was amazing! defs a place to go again.

morena for alison's 21st

a surprise party which was planned so successfully by her other half. she didn't see it coming so she teared when her blindfold was taken off. i also teared a bit. i've known this beautiful girl since year 7, had a bit of a love/hate relationship but we made it to now. she's grown up to a mature mother figure and she has such a big future ahead.

we went to morena at surry hills. latin american cuisine,  beautiful vibe, romantic but food was only a bit over average. i'd come again for a date haha.

green peppercorn with the lovely

had a spontaneous dinner date with the lovely friendship tonight. went to green peppercorn which is somewhere in fairfield or canley. i never know when it comes to the south west. devious place where it looks like a dead town but when you go in, total crowded hustle and bustle! which i was relieved about cause i thought i just took my gf to a deserted thai/laos restaurant lol. food was great, no disappointments, i think we just won with the dishes we picked. girly talks and gossip to end a tiring 5 day week. a day off tomorrow, which will include med checks for my application for japan. fun. (apologies to all who i said i will go with on sunday next week lol!)

another night out with the friendship. tried out sicillian at parramatta (i know, two times in a week at this suburb). had san churros for dessert, as you do. had white hot chocolate and it was beautiful. this faggot actually knows me more than i thought, he does deserve the best friend title. cunt. haha

another food coma sunday. trying to stick to the 'lets try something new' every week. after a failed attempt to go to the south-west for lunch because my car was getting serviced with out my knowledge, we settled for parramatta! black angus for lunch!
